Zach Caruso

Born and raised in New Jersey, Zach attended Rowan University and holds a bachelor's degree in journalism, a master's degree in writing, and has worked and written for companies and publications across the country. A former United States Wushu Team member, he has nearly two decades of experience in athletics, weight training, nutrition, and fitness. When he's not writing, he's moonlighting as a singer/songwriter/guitarist, playing shows and recording albums, and obsessing over The Walking Dead.
